I would recommend this system to anyone who has a business. I called and talked to Zach who help me put together the system for my business. He was professional but real . I can't thank Zach enough for helping me start my business. Mountain Momma's Kitchen LLC is very happy with the Slice system and as I said in the beginning I would recommend this to any business owner.

This is the most horrible merchant service to get. I was pressured into getting this service by my sales rep and was misinformed of the process and when I tried to cancel they forced me to leave a 5 star review and waived my penalties. Now 3 months later they continue to contact me saying I owe them money and will not leave me alone. Also no one informed me that the contract for the equipment always separate so know I owe $3000 for a piece equipment that I was supposed to be renting. I was informed by my sales rep that I could cancel anytime and this would be a great addition to my first and brand new business. This company is the worst do not use them

In my second week waiting on money that belongs to me....was sent an email by another business contact with quite a few names of people that experienced the same and told they would charge me a large early termination fee just to switch to a company that gets my deposits to me. and the sales people, at least one of them I know will talk to you disrespectfully. Mehgan in customer service seems to be the only polite one in my dealings. They are definitely not there to help small businesses when they charge an almost $500 early termination fee.
