In my second week waiting on money that belongs to me....was sent an email by another business contact with quite a few names of people that experienced the same and told they would charge me a large early termination fee just to switch to a company that gets my deposits to me. and the sales people, at least one of them I know will talk to you disrespectfully. Mehgan in customer service seems to be the only polite one in my dealings. They are definitely not there to help small businesses when they charge an almost $500 early termination fee.

So far this is the absolute worst POS system we have used. Website is not accurate, deposits don't match statements, customer service virtually non existent. Been trying to get the same problems fixed for 2 months now. They make a bunch of promises then never come thru. Do your self a favor and find somthing else. I switched from square (to expensive) wish I didnt!
