My family and I highly recommend Jenna Connolly at Connection Realty! Jenna worked diligently to help us not only find our dream home but did everything in her power to make sure we closed. We hit a few speed bumps (one example: horrible appraiser that tried to undervalue the home by tens of thousands) but Jenna had our back every step of the way. She fought hard for us and all with grace and mercy as she also had to deal with our roller coaster of emotions. This housing market is tough, but Jenna is remarkable at helping to navigate it! Buying a home in the midst of a divorce can be a tricky endeavor in itself, throw in a limited budget, location limitations and a mortgage broker who quits her job a week before closing, it becomes a nightmare! Jenna Connolly was a godsend! I dont know if anyone else could have pulled this home purchase off. Her determination to get a single dad with so many limiting factors into a home is admirable. We found Jenna through a Google search. Never met her in person until weeks into the process. I don't even remember how, but beyond blessed. I believe God leads you to exactly what and who you need when you need it. Ours was not an easy road, between selling and buying, moving a complete farm and family almost 700 miles. I was a hot mess. Jenna NEVER lost her focus or her cool, and she kept me sane through it all. She even contacted real estate people on our behalf to help navigate the sale of our property in a completely unknown market to her. When all I could do was apologize for multiple hurdles, she was beyond understanding, patient, supportive and kind. I often thought she had every right to hang up the phone and give a great sigh of relief and a roll of her eyes.. She never gave up on us. Above and beyond the call, she represented us. We now have a life in our new home that we take great pride in building. Not one day goes by where I don't walk my home and land, and offer gratitude for her professionalism, skill and now friendship.
