Hi Tracey.. We have read this post which you have posted on a number of online platforms now.. Firstly we apologise that you have had this upsetting experience. However our computer has a clear record of what happened. You ordered a half pounder cheese burger from us which was 6.90. You were informed that we do not do delivery for anything below a 10.00 order and that our delivery fee is 1. (This is clearly written on our leaflets). You were advised to add things to your order so that it came to 10.00 if you wanted delivery, which you did not want to do. It was explained to you that if you just ordered a half pounder cheese burger and you wanted this delivered it would cost you 10 (because thats the minimum amount for delivery)plus 1.00 delivery feetherefore the total would be 11.00. We have receipt confirming that this is what you were charged and this is what you paid for in cash. Regards

Been using this old favourite for years, and recommending them, but NO NORE WILL I BE DOING THAT, im disguested with man on phone got the order delivered not only was it warm we got told it was more money than we was told on phone, dont worry when i can come in you will realise you have upset a really regular cusromer
