I called someone to come out and give me an estimate to do my bathroom floor. The guy told me hed come around 11:00am the next day (today). Today, it was 11:15 and he still wasnt here. So, I texted asking if anyone was coming. He called me and said hes running late, and that he would be here in 30 minutes (which would put him around 11:45). 12:15 rolls around and hes still not here. So, I text again. He asks to reschedule to tomorrow. Nope, I will take my business elsewhere. I get that things run behind schedule all the time, but at least communicate about it; whyd I have to be the one to reach out about it twice? This has turned me off to going through this company, so I will continue my research and find someone more reliable.

I found Paul , the owner, very professional, serious with his job and on very honest, personable and best customer service, his job lasted one week with us and he was in contact with us every step of the way, he did all the necessary repairs on the floor before the refinish, took the required time, his cost was very reasonable and he did an amazing job, our floor looks to be all new and it looks that we have replaced the floor, we are very satisfied with his work, and I don't have any hesitation recommending him to my family, friends any any one who is thinking of doing any refinishing of their hardwood floor.

This company is top notch for wood refinishing. My mother 90 yrs. old house had original wood floors. This company worked on and did a phenomenal job. The floors look amazing and the price was outstanding. Mike solved all of our problems and brought our floors back to life. The project was on-time, on-budget, and easy to schedule. We felt great having this company in our home, got quick responses from them, and I'm very pleased with the results of the refinishing they did on our hardwood floors, happy enough for me to take the time and write a review. would recommend great hardwood flooring company to anyone else.
