Outstanding???? Not in my recent experience. Bullish and inconsiderate treatment for families who are not consulted but expected to jump at their command. Phoned to complain today and was given the name of a next of kin none of us knew! I suppose they did get right when I asked if the could please check the correct patients name but does it give me confidence....i think thats a NO! Despite being a GSF centre they have caused significant distress and irreparable damage to the family of a dying patient. Well done!!!
