We are so sorry to hear that you were upset with the wait time at our office. Having been a long time patient, we hope that you have come to know that this is not the norm in our office. Typically, we ask that our patients allow at least one hour for their complete eye examination, that being said, sometimes exam/wait times may be a little shorter or longer on any given day. As a small practice, we pride ourselves on spending extra time with each patient to give a thorough eye examination, go over diagnoses and answer any questions. Looking back on the schedule on the particular day that you were here, we did have a staff member out sick and that is likely why we were running a little behind that day. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please feel free to call us if you need anything!
Dr. Samford and her staff do a great job. I have been getting my annual exam (and eyewear) there for over 14 years. She is thorough and her staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hey Meghan! Thank you so much for your feedback and we are very sorry that you didn't have a good experience picking up your daughter's glasses from our office. We always strive to take time with our patients on dispensing their glasses to make sure that they fit well and that the patient has everything they need to keep them clean and protected from damage. Unfortunately, it sounds like we dropped the ball in this case and we would love to make it up to you if you want to come by and have your daughter pick out another fun case and cleaning cloth! Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to serve you and your daughter again soon!
We had a great experience with the eye exam and picking out frames for my daughter but yesterday when we came to pick up our glasses, the young lady was in a hurry, didn't properly fit my daughter's glasses to her face, wouldn't open a new box of cases so that my 7 year old little girl could have a "girly" case instead of the boyish case they handed us. My daughter was already apprehensive about going to school today in new glasses. Also, she didn't give us a cleaning cloth, just told me not to use paper towels. It wasn't a good experience. We went across the street to America's Best when we left and I bought a cleaning cloth and a case that she was proud to carry. For a child, it's the small things!
