I got exactly what I wanted but they didn't call me to let me know it was done as they said they would. I also left a phone message that was not returned. I'm giving them a 5 star because when I was running late to pick up my order and called them they were nice enough to stay open until I got there.

J & D is a fantastic establishment. They do most of the work for the Shell refinery whenever we need hats or shirts. We seem to keep them very busy but they still make time for all the local schools and sports teams. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, one of the employees a few months back designing a hat for my work team. I came to him with a rough idea and they helped me turn it into a beautiful finished product. Prices are fair, and whether its 500 hats or just 1 crazy hat you design yourself, J & D will deliver.
