Hotel has a significant theft problem in the parking lot. 4K in tools stolen from my truck and the truck was busted open. Truck next to mine also smashed. Cleaning crew told me it happens frequently. No manager on site to report. Would not provide security footage of the incident. If they won’t provide liability or security then the Hotel staff should have at least mentioned the recurring threat at check in. Do not stay here and especially do not leave anything in your car. If you have tinted windows thieves will smash their way in for a look.
The most comfortable beds. I feel zero springs!!!! This is our 5th hotel in last week. So far Holidays inn are winning against the Tru hotels. An abundant amount surfaces to open our suitcases, all 6 of them.
Hotels location is bad. Reason being is that all access points to make this location easier to get to are all locked, other than the main entrance. You miss the entrance, you have to go up the street make a u turn, to come back and make a u turn to go back in. Car dealership also shares the parking lot. Made a reservation 2 days prior to arriving, guess what, charged me for the king I reserved, but the gave me a double queen because "that's what the system" automatically gave me. I worked hotels, and used Opera, it doesn't do that. Stay at a Hilton or Marriott around the area, if it's an ihg, Crown Plaza.
