Room had large stain on floor. Final bill was not correctly explained and caused concern. Still have no received a r copy for my stay five days after the stay.

This place is fine for a quick overnight, but do plan on the food it claims to guarantee. Our stay was pleasant in terms of decent, clean room and the pool and hot tub working. But there apparently a bit stingy on the extra bedding when you book for a 6 person suite. They do not uphold pool rules for all guests so we had people celebrating with pizza and beer in the pool while my small kids were trying to enjoy a swim. And purchased snacks from the snack bar- stale... especially the ice cream cones. Like they had been melt and refrozen a few dozen times, the cones were rubbery. The breakfast was definitely a day or two old. All baked items stale and omelet's seeming yesterday cooked. For a one-night stay it wasn't the worst in the world, but I would have been extremely disappointed if it were longer. I just expect much better quality when I chose IHG.

Positive: The location was perfect for my meetings and my time in town, the woman working the front desk when I checked in was very kind and friendly. I also love the Holiday Inn Express breakfast. Hard to beat. Negative: It was an older hotel, but still mostly clean. My shower was not cleaned at all and the shower pan was very dirty and stained. I could also tell they were adding water to the soaps and shampoos to stretch them out longer. Negative: ""

Got a little mixed up on a vrbo we had rented and needed a pet friendly hotel near friends. The staff and manager at the time we checked in was very pleasant. She took great care of us getting us a ground floor room because we had two dogs. Strongly recommend.

Was great staying, the room was very clean the receptionist had great customer service the breakfast was very good except for the coffee that it was cold and when we check out the lady receptionist was very polite.
