I scheduled a Duct/vent cleaning with them in mid Oct. They arrived at the property and realized they didn't have the "right" tools so they left. I didn't hear from them. A week later I called and asked them about the situation and they reassured me that they would contact me the same day to schedule something. Weeks past and did not receive a call, had to call them again. They gave me date and completed the service on Jan 26th.

If you want a fine layer of dust thru out your house, this is the crew you need. Once the two guys finished, there was dust everywhere in our home. After almost 500 bucks of work, all I could figure out was they relocated the contents of our duct work onto our home. One star is the minimum but they deserve a zero.

Saw Intek at Home Show. We took advantage of the $100 off duct cleaning or we thought we were going to. We made an appointment and two guys came out to our house. The older guy looked at the furnace for about 3 minutes and told me that they would not be able to do the job. I asked why. He told me he couldn't get close enough to make the hole for the vacuum hose. I said it looks fine to me, but he said no and the two left. We finally called another company and a guy came out and said that it would be no problem. We made an appointment for two weeks later. Today April 19th was two weeks later. A guy came out and 2.5 hours later he had the job done. He then plugged and sealed the holes made for the cleaning system and then was finished. Best part was he only charged us for 2 hrs. We now have clean ducts and a company we can rely on. I will never call Intek for any reason...
