I'm sorry and i hope you address this situation in a meaningful manner but after visiting your distillery 3+ times in the past imagine my surprise and excitement to find you at the local Farmer's market in Allentown. However I did leave that location both disappointed and disgusted after standing there waiting patiently to ask my question and having to leave with both my question unanswered as well as never even having my presence acknowledged. Poor customer service....a simple welcome I'll be with you shortly is all that was needed especially since it was only myself and one other patron who was giving her life history and asking for detailed recipes for several of your suggested cocktails. Visited Friday, December 29 around 1pm.

We hear your frustrations and, while as a practice we dont offer table service, that in no way excuses waiting as long as you did for a greeting. Thats unacceptable. We strive to make customers feel at home in our space. You should have been greeted immediately, and explained who we are- as well as what to expect during your visit and how to order drinks, etc. Were sorry that was not made clear when you walked in the door. First i try to call ahead and they have the phones set up so you cant even talk to anyone - only option is leaving a voicemail. Then we take the drive and I Walked in first to ask if they are family friendly - get told yes. Bring my family in and we seat ourselves. Sit there for 15 minutes no one comes to our table or even gives us a menu. Go up to the bar and ask for menus get handed one to walk back to my table and no one offers us any drinks. We walked out 20 minutes later. Also make sure you check cause they say food but its really 5 items one of which is cheese and crackers. Horrible customer service - would never come here again and its a shame cause they may have a decent product but I will never know!

Once you pull in the parking lot and park you walk around to the side and walk inside to grab a drink from a landry list of drinks. They are delicious and go down fast so have a dd or like me after my 4th painkiller (which is a drink they make at a reasonable price) call an uber. After you found a drink head out back and you are hit with great country side views find a chair (bring your own cause events there are full) and relax. However if you find yourself getting the munchies, they only have only have food trucks so not a place for a sit down dinner. Think of it as a friends party ( during the summer of course) that has great appetizers and very good hard drinks.
Very sorry that you had a bad experience at Eight Oaks. We had a big turn out for the Fathers Day event and were busier than we anticipated. We do strive to give every guest a great experience and we are sorry we fell short with your experience. I hope we see you again soon. Cheers.

Went around 1:00 on Father's Day; it was our first visit. The place was packed with only one stressed out and unpleasant bartender. We bought a bottle of gin (had to ask for a bag), grabbed two drinks that were less then impressive, and left. I don't know if we will return.
