Mr. Lawrence, I am sorry for your experience. We have already refunded the cost for the leveling valve. The recall was for a battery ground cable not a battery box. With that said I feel there was a lack of communication for service performed. I don't know where to start. I know better because I'm from the area, I've heard all kinds of bad stories. My situation they held my truck for 4 weeks. I asked for a Air bag dump valve button on the dash, they put on a leveler. Then they said there was a recall on battery box, guess what, truck voltage now stuck at 12.3 running. So much more I can say, I just wanted to warn you folks. All the money I've missed, they are the reasons folks go out of business. Economy is bad as it is , don't keep my truck and give me more problems. Stay Away!!!! All they do is forget about you and then make up lies that dosen't make sense.

Josh is a really excellent mechanic. He gets you in/out of Bay 13! My problem was resolved on my tractor within the same week I dropped it off. He hopped right on it as soon as the parts came in. Very good guy and talks you thru everything. Made recommendations on things that needed to get done. Recommend him for an immediate raise.
