Called around inquiring about adding my logo to existing shirts. Most wanted me to purchase their shirts then have them embroidered. Those who said they could or would required me to get my logo converted to a file their machines could recognize. Found CCE and not only were they courteous, professional, and willing, they actually knocked it all out and did an AWESOME job. Definitely getting polos done with CCE this summer.

This place is awesome. I've been getting things embroidered for years since they were located in the mall. I've never had an issue with quality or customer service. Today specifically I went to pick up an order and I was given an estimate to be ready today by 4 I got there right at 4 and was told they were working on it but it should be ready within an hour. I waited in my car and almost at an hour I got a text letting me know my order was ready. I went inside to get my items and pay and was given a discount. Although I wasn't upset with the wait because I know its just an estimated time they still cared enough to consider it an inconvenience. That made a difference. I would recommend them to everyone.

The customer service at this place is the absolute best! Its two days before Christmas and the owner is staying late to make sure my order is correct. Everyone who works here is very friendly, knows what theyre doing and more importantly, they care about the quality of the job. Definitely recommend! Yea
