Great doctors and optical assistants. Absolutely rude and sheisty office team. To start they claim to close at 6, I called at 5:37, no answer just were closed voicemail. As soon as I walked in they requested my medical insurance in addition to vision insurance card, I flatly declined giving them my medical card. They also did this to my family member so after they bill your vision insurance any other exam they bill your medical insurance and you get stuck with the copay. So the genius at the front desk rudely informed me the contact Lens fitting would only be covered if I bought $$ my contacts there. Complete lie. I had to call my insurance while She sat there with her manager who is acting like she doesnt see me. After 20 minutes of this they finally realize they are dead wrong and just stand there with an attitude. No apology, nothing, zero customer service. No masks. Thanks for the headache and your spittle, I will never return.
