We are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. It was not our intention to provide a less than satisfactory experience. On both occasions when you came to pick up your eyewear the office was at maximum capacity and thus we were unable to invite you inside due to our COVID policy. Our staff offered you the option of receiving your eyewear for curbside pick up instead. Of course we would have absolutely prefered to dispense your eyewear in our office and provide you our best customer service. For this unfortunate situation we apologize and hope we can make up for this in the future.

I had the worst experience there. I went with my husband and had a different experience. First When i went to collect my contacts len by my self, they let me wait outside with the homeless people. The second time to collect my glasses the same lady came outside wanted me to try the glasses in the heat which I refused meanwhile my husband went a day to collect his glasses and was let inside the store and had someone explain how to wear his glass . I will never go back there...
My seven year old son had his first visit today and the entire staff was amazing from start to finish. He had such a great experience. Cant wait to get his glasses in. Thank you for a great first visit.
I dont really do the whole review thing as I am not to tech savvy but this time it was a must!! I love letting my community know the great businesses around the palm beach area. Very wonderful staff , from the doctor to the front desk staff. I will forever speak great about this place . They go out of there way to make you feel safe and at home . From the second I walked in to when I walked out they treated me as part of their own. The young ladys in the front seline & Samantha , were very attentive and friendly with me . The doctor took her time and really helped me out with my Vision , I love this place .
Called to make an appointment, they provided a date (They don't work Saturdays) Now, when they realized I'm a new patient I get the "Oh, new patients are only being seeing in the mornings" I refused and mentioned I'm not available. As a reply, they gave me a totally different date in the afternoon. I mentioned, what happened to the first appointment you gave me in the afternoon? it was sooner! I got the "Sorry, it's not available". I went ahead and took my business somewhere else. (I recommend you do the same if you are a "New-patient")
