We spent a good while looking for different dealerships and visited a couple before settling on KIA of East Syracuse. Ila was our dealer and she was incredibly kind, accommodating, clear and helpful. She anticipated many of our needs, and answered all of our questions; we made a deposit on a vehicle that was contingent on some repair between test drives and the repair happened as described and in a timely manner. We were impressed by their 20 year 200,000 mile warranty, which at the time of purchase applied to all vehicles on the lot. Weve been driving this car for the better part of a month now and its been great, driven smooth had no issues. There was even an issue with a back tail light which we did not notice but was fixed on our behalf. They brought us back to the dealership about a week later with the replacement part which they purchased used (as the new part was going to be on back order for quite some time). It is my understanding that Ila Spearheaded a lot of these changes on our behalf. Again really cant emphasize enough how fabulous Ila was.

Ms. Bidgood, I do not appreciate these lies. We went over and above to help! We had everything you wanted(which was everything!) and I sent you the window stickers for them days before you came down. When you set the appointment you said noon or 1 and planned for noon. Early in the day I texted you and said someone had made an another appointment for me at noon. If 1 would still work great, but if not we would stay with noon and I would have someone else take care of the customer. You said 1 was fine. You arrived 15 minutes early and I still immediately went out to greet you and put you in a test drive in the vehicle we had discussed. The paperwork with the other appointment took about 20 minutes longer than anticipated, for which I apologized profusely. You told Sam on the phone your Credit score was over 700. I asked you days ahead to do the credit application, but you waited until you were there. We printed and gave you a copy of your no where near 700 score, so how could we have possibly misrepresented your score? We could absolutely put you in the vehicle you wanted, but not for the completely ridiculous payment you wanted to be at. Also relative to the masks, our cameras have everything on tape to prove you did not tell the truth. Good luck in your future endeavors, Barb.
I would give them zero stars but it's not an option . They did not have what I wanted but they tricked me into coming in anyway by lying about my options. I was upfront about my 6k trade in and what I wanted. Scheduled me for noon today. Rescheduled me to one. Didn't talk to me until after 1:30. Treated me like I wasn't worth their time. Then misrepresented my credit score to me lower than it is, then told me they could not serve me and then vanished. Shameful customer service! Just say no! #furrious and FYI. Employees wear masks but don't cover their nose! Just be warned. Ignorance and lack of respect runs rampant at this East Syracuse Location. #reportedforpublicsafetyviolations
