I was one of the first to look at them so I was able to get the apt. I wanted so I could see our farm from my east window. I like the apt. and its utilities and being close to the grocery store and bank but since my husband passed away in 2018 my social security does not cover my rent. If I wasn't lucky enough to have some other income ,(farmer's wives did not get that much SS) I wouldn't be here. I will probably stay as long as I am able. I also liked being able to have my puppy when I first moved in.

Our experience has been great. Rent was easy to pay and hassel free. If a bump in the road happened it was easy to get ahold of someone. We were very happy and are sad that our journey has taken us out of the Madison area.

Steve Brown forces you to pay for internet service from ResTech, which is frequently down. This is the 5th day it has been down in the last 4 weeks. Edit 9/23/19: When I moved out they withheld $175 from my security deposit for pet treatment despite the fact that I've never owned a pet.
