I came to this doctor as a last resort due to a scratch cornea. Not once did I receive an invoice during the visits until the last day when I picked up my contact lens. I was told my insurance didn't cover the entire cost so I paid and received my contacts. It is now SIX months later and I received a text stating I had an unpaid invoice due. This is the first time I was aware of this. Turns out they didn't file my claim under my vision insurance and instead it was filed as a health insurance claim... Decided just to pay off the balance instead of trying to figure out how to help them fix this with my insurance. Note to self: be sure to ask for invoices after every visit and make sure they file the claim under vision NOT health.

I called on a Monday and the first question I asked was, "do you take Tricare?" The answer was, "yes we do." So I set up an appointment for later in the week. I structured my week and meetings around this appointment. I got to the appointment early and gave the new client forms to the front desk. 25 minutes later someone came out to tell me that they don't take Tricare and it would be $100. When I asked why one, they stated they do take Tricare and two, why didn't they call me so that I did not leave work just to be told this the lady only apologized and stated the DR does not accept Tricare and I could pay. The lack of organization and respect for clients time leads me to the reason I would never advise family or friends to visit this location. I am in the industry of making customer service a priority; things happen, mistakes happen but how you handle it and make it better matters.

OMG!!! What can I say about this place other than "They are freaking amazing!!" From the moment I entered the door, during my very first visit, I was greeted by the most kind, polite, and professional employees! The facility is extremely gorgeous, classy, elegant, and clean, which is very important to me. The customer service here is beyond extraordinary! I wasn't here for a long time and I felt like they appreciated me as a customer. Alondra was so nice, kind and so very helpful. All of the employees that I encountered were genuinely amazing people. They have a variety of really great options for glasses! I will be coming back and telling everyone about this place
