My experience here was AMAZING! Mike Lipke was very attentive to my needs, as I am now my mother's caretaker. He walked me through the whole process and was very amazing. I got handed a pretty raw deal with the car I was bringing in, but these guys were able to wrap it into a package that I could go home and be happy about! If there was a 25 star rating I would give it! Thank you guys so much for making our lives so much easier!

I chose this dealer simply because they had the car I wanted coming in soon when others had 6mo wait times. But I'm glad I did because overall it was a great experience. Christine in sales was very helpful and the used car manager Dave was willing to work with me on an agreeable trade value. He even spent a lot of time and effort working with the State and the previous dealer I bought my current car from to fix a problem with the title that was caused by a clerical error when I bought it. They were willing to work out a deal with me so I could get the new car that day still and we squared up once the title issue on my trade-in was resolved. If they hadn't been as accommodating or helpful I would have walked away but they took it upon themselves to help me resolve my issues rather than refusing to take my trade-in and in the end it's what made the new car purchase possible for me. Highly recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a Kia.

You make a great point, Scott! The good news is that the card is not specifically registered to the vehicle you purchased. You can use it on other cars in the household, or give it to a friend/relative. The Works Car Wash Discount might be worth holding onto it, though. Thank you for the review!
