Im giving this 1-star review because I had a bad experience of purchasing a pair of masunaga frame at this place which cost me over $400. I made the purchase in January and 3 months Im still not receiving the replacement. Ive contacted a few times and they always replied we will send updates via email or will call you next Tuesday blah blah blah which they never did. I always had to contact them myself and asked for update and always been told to wait.
I went here for the first time early January because I switched insurance plans and had read good reviews. The first visit was fine, I walked out with an "updated" contact lens prescription. When I got home I uploaded a photo of it to Warby Parker to order the newest version of the contacts prescribed, then they arrived I tried a pair and realized they were the completely wrong power. I went back and realized that the script Kirkland Vision wrote was off by -2 power from my last lens prescription... I called the office and they saw me again today. Today, they acknowledged the error and said it was "a technical" one on their end, but never apologized for giving me the incorrect prescription. I asked the front desk if there was any way I could get a credit or discount for ordering new and correct contacts since I can no longer return the ones I ordered that are incorrect and am now out $150 and have 3 months of contacts that I can't use. Someone from the front desk called twice today and essentially said that they did their due diligence by seeing me again for free and giving me the updated script. They never seemed to understand that their original error was the only reason I ordered the wrong contacts in the first place and was the reason I had to come back to be seen. I was horribly appalled by the lack of customer service and even called a friend in optometry to make sure I wasn't being a horrible entitled wretch. I felt like the least they could have done was order me a few weeks of the correct prescription on the house, since I spent $150 on the wrong ones because of the information they provided me. I will never be coming back here and advise anyone else to look into other options... this seemed like such a simple customer service fix to me and I was left feeling totally baffled and furious. Sort of like getting the wrong thing brought to you at a restaurant and then being asked to pay for both, ya know?

The place was recently renovated, has its own parking lot upfront! Its right across from the google offices. Dr. Lim was very professional and was very enjoyable to talk to.
