I highly recommend working with the Keating Law Offices. I was doored on my bicycle by car in August of 2021 and had a concussion, contusions, and a hematoma. Thankfully nothing worse but I felt overwhelmed as to how to navigate the world of insurance and how to cover the ambulance ride and ER bills. I am so grateful for this referral from a friend (I found myself saying that countless times during this process). I worked mainly with Catelyn Viggiano and she was patient, compassionate, professional, ethical, and also she was an incredible advocate. Working with Catelyn and her staff relieved a considerable amount of stress in my life. They were extremely responsive, I felt like they fought for me, and I'm happy with the outcome. I cant say enough on how satisfied I am with Keating Law Office. On August 28,2021 I was left hook by a car while riding my bicycle one day. I was rushed to the hospital and ended up with a right collar bone shattered in 10 pieces, compression fracture in my right knee, and my 1-month-old brand new 2022 Emonda SL5 carbon road bike destroyed. The next day I reached out to Keating Law, which was a Sunday and left a message, expecting a call on Monday. Instead, Michael Keating called me back in less than 5 minutes. On Monday he sent me all the paperwork to sign, which I e singed. From there Tom Reuland took over my case. Tom handled everything without needing much from me. I did send him my bill only because the hospital was slow and getting him the bills, and he asked if I would be able to send them in hasten the case. Which I was happy to do as I already had them in digital form. I cannot say how great the experience I had with Tom Reuland and Keating law. They handled everything and I did not have to worry about anything except for healing. He handled the property damage claim on my bike pro bono and got me the total cost of my bike and accessories reimbursed to me. The whole process from injury to check in hand was just under 5 months. I would recommend them to anyone who need a good lawyer, and they are also cyclist and so you can trust them if you are ever injured while riding your bike look no further.
