I will start off by saying my salesman Marc provided a nice experience and would highly recommend working with him if you wind up here. Other than Marc, had an unacceptable experience at this dealer. Made a deal with finance, no money down. They allowed me to leave with the vehicle never asking for down payment only to call me two-three weeks later asking why I never paid a $4000 down payment. Why would any dealer allow me to drive off with an $80,000+ vehicle w/o collecting funds if that was the agreement? The entire deal was based on having to put NO MONEY DOWN (I traded in my low mileage, two year old Audi SQ5) or else I would have never purchased from this dealer. They ran my credit again to get a new loan w/o conceding anything on their end. Very unorganized. Then, two months later they sent me a $800 bill for who knows what, which I refused to pay. Ive had nothing but positive experiences from every other Porsche dealer Ive dealt with, especially Porsche Monmouth in NJ. Highly recommend buying a Porsche; from any dealer beside Porsche Tysons Corner.

Have to the agree with poor service report the last reviewer left for this place. My 911 has been here for literally 15 days now and I still have not received word on when to expect service to be completed. it was a scheduled appointment that took almost 2 weeks to schedule in the first place. I have reached out the the service advisor several times asking for an update and am told it will likely be "tomorrow." I even spoke to the service manager about this. He apologized for the delay and assured me they would keep in the loop about any further delays. I requested a loaner which he promised to get back to me about. This was over 1 week ago. Guess what...still no word a week later and now it has been over 2 weeks since my car has been in for service. I left a message for the General Manager Daniel requesting a call back today. Did not receive a call yet. The dealership seems to respond to the negative google reviews pretty quickly with a spiel on priding themselves on "high-quality standards..." Not been my experience so far. Needless to say, won't be returning to this dealership for service on my 911 in the future. At this point i just want my car back and am happy to take it elsewhere if needed. There are plenty other mechanics/dealers in the area! Will update this review once i actually have a resolve on this issue to let you guys know what eventually happens.

The only thing worse than the sales experience at Porsche Tysons Corner is the Service Experience. Fun Highlights: 1. Scheduled an appointment but my car wasn't looked at for over a week 2. Once they "finished" the service, I reviewed the work order, they had not done the service and accidentally removed it from the work order, had to come back another time. 3. They damaged my car. The car started throwing faults afterwards. I took the car to another porsche dealer who noted the spark plugs were "finger tight" and not torqued to proper specification which caused misfires. Let's talk about the sales experience. Not only did the sales guy not call me back until I spoke with this boss, but after I bought the car he showed me a fun trick on how to remove the false key. It ended up with the car no longer starting and the sales guy having to call a tech to fix it. They also refused to furnish documentation they performed the CPO process, despite selling the car as CPO. Literally go to any other Porsche dealer than these clowns. The folks in Arlington? GREAT! The folks in Chantilly? Awesome, wish I had bought from them! Edit: After making this post, Daniel Rodriguez offered to discuss this and asked me to contact him. Indeed Daniel supervised the "service" in question and we have an email thread from 10/13/21 that he can reference at his leisure.
