You are absolutely right, I should not of had that conversation at the front desk. I hope that you are able to forgive my bad behavior. recently stopped by the salon to have a service, and i was appalled i believe the owner (short woman with blonde wavy hair) she was ranting about another stylist not leaving at the appropriate time after she told her too, to the receptionist, this was literally right after the stylist left, there was no privacy in her conversation, she was very obnoxious and made it very uncomfortable for me as i was sitting listening to her frustration. For being the owner it was very unprofessional, and i felt bad for the employee, Ive worked in a similar environment in my past and it gave me the bad chills reminiscencing the whole environment of the salon, i absolutely loved my service but i do reconsider coming back, if she can talk about her employees in that manner, how does she talk about her clients? -ED
This review is a dramatization from a disgruntled ex-employee. This same review was posted on another social media page and has been taken down because the information is untrue. Kantor & Company will be seeking out legal council to stop this harassment.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a human, an employee or as a client. To top it off, my hair was was butchered by the owner who charges $130 for a cut, promised to fix it, even offered extensions, then went back on her word and left me hanging. Fortunately the talented group of stylists down the street, one specifically, at The Parlour was able to make some sense of it and only charged me $85(i tipped of course) Im so sad because i had to cut a ton off (i was growing it back out). Horrible. Update- LOL there is absolutely no dramatization nor harassment here. My hair was destroyed and no other post was removed. I was lied to, lied about and treated poorly. Im not the only one, either. This is the haircut the owner gave me. Nothing to lie about. Just an experience worth sharing and plenty of proof to back it up. Seriously. Traumatizing.

Eileen is the only person I could ever trust with my hair! I have been going to her for over 11 years. This woman is dedicated to her craft, and truly knows her stuff! We are both creative people, so we love to come up with wild projects. As a result, I have gone through many styles and just about every color of the rainbow during our time together. Eileen is so much fun and so easy to talk to, so even big hair projects that require several hours go by like no time at all! Her new salon is one of my homes away from home. It's a colorful, fun and funky space that is very comfortable to hang out in. Her staff is equally wonderful and when Eileen isn't available, I trust any of the other stylists to do my hair. I can't recommend Eileen and her staff enough! If you want expert treatment of your hair and a gorgeous cut, color, and style, look no further!

A couple of weeks ago decided to try somewhere new and received by far the worst fade Ive ever gotten. Unfortunately i was in a wedding the next day my stylist was Emilie, very sweet younglady but did not like my haircut, also the smell of cigarettes made it very hard for me to enjoy anything. I will not be back.
