Each of my listings and on my website www.pandoraspuppies.com it plainly states that I DO NOT sale my babies for breeding ever. This person never mentioned breeding when she reserved a puppy with me. AFTER she reserved the puppy, She advised me that since she had "extensive" experience in placing iv's and giving iv fluids that she thought she qualified to be a breeder of yorkies. She really doesn't have a single clue about breeding as breeding never requires a breeder to place an iv and administer iv fluids. THE VET MUST DO THIS. It is a VERY dangerous process to place an iv into the TINY little veins of these yorkie babies. She at that time was attempting to place another of my yorkie puppies on hold wanting breeding rights. I immediately said no way. REFUNDED her immediately, Explained to her that I no longer felt that it was in the best interest of my baby for her to have her. You can see the proof of full refund below. Money is NOTHING to me! My Babies are EVERYTHING to me. If I EVER have to place one of my babies because I NEED money. Responding to my communications would have been helpful and cleared any misunderstanding. You could have informed me you were refunding me through a different avenue than how I paid for the deposit. A texted copy of the Paypal receipt would clarify the delay of not received funds until after 6/3 & saved filing a dispute. I NEVER discussed placing IV 's in a dog with you. I said I might like having one litter of puppies from a puppy I would buy in the future due to my love for nurturing animals. We discussed this I thought as one Yorkie lover to another. I informed you I respected your spay agreement and had no hesitation with spaying Olive. I NEVER asked you or even discussed with you the possibility of breeding a puppy I purchased from you. I informed you I would respect a spay agreement from any puppy I purchased from you. On 5/8/21, I placed a $500 deposit on a Parti Yorkie born 4/21/21 at Pandoras Puppies. I had just lost our Yorkie of 14 years in February. My husband and I fell in love with Olive from the start. I called Tammy and we made a verbal agreement on the sale of Olive. I paid the deposit with the intent on picking her up on 6/16/21. Tammy sent me a couple of adorable videos of Olive. Unexpectedly and to my total dismay, I received a text on Friday 5/7 stating she had cancelled the sale of Olive to me. It read, I do not feel it is in her best interest for me to sell her to you. It also clearly said, Your deposit has been refunded in full. I immediately picked up the phone to call Tammy and my call went straight to voicemail without ringing. I left a very nice voicemail to please call me to discuss why this happened and that we were heartbroken. I received no response. I tried a total of 5 times until evening (during my workday as a nurse) with my calls going straight to voicemail. I also texted her with the same question and asked for her to please respond so we would understand why this happened and received no response. I sent her an email and offered to obtain veterinary recommendations from any of the threes vets I have used since 2008, references from fellow nurses or physicians at the hospital where I am employed as a RN or long time friends from my church. I also always have my daughter who is a veterinarian as a wonderful resource. I have had six Yorkshire terriers in my home for over 25 years, dealt with genetic issues, spent hours trickle feeding, frequenting Blue Pearl Specialists for Physical therapy and nutrition issues, waking up hourly at night multiple times due to past illnesses, giving IV fluids, etc. In the past I adopted two Yorkies that are elderly and needed a lot of TLC in their final years. I can give amazing references to home a new puppy if needed. She never responded to the email. I called my bank today to followup on the text she sent stating my deposit had been refunded in full. I spoke to two bankers who said if it was initiated they would be able to see this and there was no record of a refund. I explained the situation and unfortunately had to file a dispute with the bank for the $500 deposit since Tammy refused to answer any of my communication efforts. During our earlier conversations I had informed Tammy I respected and agreed upon her spay contract from any puppy I purchased from her and would have absolutely no problem signing and honoring it. I already had my veterinarian new puppy checkup scheduled for 6/19 to comply with the 72 hour window, ordered multiple puppy items and had joyfully shared videos with my friends. The puppy I placed a deposit on and had a verbal agreement to purchase has disappeared from Pandoras Puppies website with no explanation given. I am only stating facts. I hope this sweet puppy has a wonderful life and a loving owner but I am completely heartbroken. I am left uncertain as to whether this puppy is alive, sold for a different price to another person I honestly have no idea since Tammy has refused to answer my questions. I learned the painful way and encourage anyone to research prior to buying a puppy.
