I have been to this office 1 time and have had to order contacts multiple times. The eye doctor I saw was friendly and it was easy to set an appointment for my exam. Ordering contacts on the other hand has been a nightmare! The only person who can help is Lindsay so if you need contacts ask for her. I literally called multiple times last week and was told Id get a call back. I did- 6 hours after I called and I couldnt answer. I tried on Saturday and was told theyd call me back because their computer was down (which of course isnt their fault). I followed up before they closed and they said the computer was still down. They took down my new insurance information and contact order and said theyd call Monday to move forward. I called today after once again no call back and they had no clue who I was or why I was calling. I had to give them all of my information again and was on the phone for 25 minutes waiting. In between entering my information, the lady who was helping me was putting me on hold to take temperatures, check in patients, etc. she finally handed the phone to Lindsay who helped me and got my contacts ordered. Seems very unorganized and like no one communicates. I will find another eye doctor.
All calls are answered and handled as they come in. If a person hangs up instantly when placed on hold, and calls back immediately, and repeatedly, the call is again placed in the queue. If we can not immediately answer a call, it is placed on hold, or sent to our voice mail service where a team member will call back. We take feedback very seriously and respond to all reviews as long as we have contact information and can verify there has been an interaction with our office. If we do not have contact information, we are unable to assist. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to help wherever we can.

Worst service ever!! Never pick up the phone and when they do they inmediately put you on hold. Called 6 times just for a question and got put on hold for more than 25 mins each time.
Ana was amazing. Great help in picking out the perfect frame. Dr. Awada is the best. Switched uptown and will continue to come here because of these two.

Uptown Eyecare is absolutely fantastic. All of the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. I had a great experience with Dr. Pyon, who is very knowledgeable and approachable. She answered all of my questions and was very efficient. Megan was AMAZING and was unbelievably knowledgeable about a specific, uncommon brand of eyeglasses (TC Charton) I was interested in. She knew every detail and was able to make great recommendations for me based on my face shape and high prescription. In addition to her impressive knowledge of the brand, she was so kind!!!! All of their staff here is outstanding. And I highly recommend Uptown Eyecare!!!

Walked in to look at glasses, explained that o didn't have my prescription and was just looking, and was told that I had to do paperwork just to be in the building. No thanks.
