just want to share an experience and prevent others from bringing business to a company that treats their customers (especially repeat customers) poorly. Please avoid going to Topshelf Custom Embroidery and Screen Printing in Greeley. This shop, especially their sales managers Mike and Zach, do not care about ensuring repeat business or providing people with quality customer service. Long story short, I requested two weeks ago for a design to be made for T-shirts on a large repeat order, and recieved a proof with just the png placed on the back. Being as this isnt what I had asked for (I had provided some directions of the idea I had) so I requested again, for the art team to make the shirt more asthetically pleasing, only to be told this was the best they could do. Frustrated, I finally just gave up and had to design my own shirt. We picked up the order on Saturday (it was supposed to be finished on Friday) and discovered that not only were we missing all of the hats ordered as well as tank tops before a trade show, but the print is HORRENDUS unacceptable and these shirts are now useless. The fact that their print team did not check these shirts before running them is appalling. Called Mike in an panicked effort to get the missing items before I had to leave to South Dakota for the trade show, and he hung up on me mid sentence. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.

Stay away from this company. I was dealing with Drew on my hats and T-shirts for my company. The embroidery on my hats was mediocre. The shirts colors of my logo was 50 shades off and he couldnt see it. He blamed it on their process but didnt offer a solution. At least they made good rags.

Hi Ian, Topshelf Printers is a contract printer for all sorts of licenses holders including not just UFC, but also the NFL, MLB, NBA, etc. We do not sell these to the retail market, we print these for the license holders that sell these to the retail market. You cannot buy these garments in person or online directly from us. I dont see your name in our system as a customer, so maybe you are simply writing this review as a concerned citizen and fan of UFC. Nonetheless, since you have taken enough interest in our business to write this review, dont hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions about the legitimacy of our operation.

Im pretty sure they dont have a contract with UFC and Body Armor to use their logos and make profit off of it. I see all the good reviews. But that seems sketchy and i highly doubt Dana White signed off on that. Big legal troubles.
