I had been going here for years always great . On my last visit I noticed a lot of young people working there . I went for new prescription they gave me some contacts that gave me an eye infection. When I went back they would not take responsibility and charged me for visit saying that it was a medical visit . My eyes were fine before they gave me the new contacts. Never going back again.

They should change the name from Elite Vison Care to Cant Get Right. I just got these glasses 2 weeks ago. Worn once because they are my backup. The current prescription glasses I cannot even wear because it is the wrong prescription. (For the 2nd time). So both pair of glasses that Ive bought from them with different prescriptions over the last two years have had to be fixed twice per prescription because they cannot get the prescription right. The glasses that youre seeing here should have transitions and anti-scratch coating on it because they had to replace the transition lens that was originally on it beca I couldnt even see out of my glasses. So not only did they replace the lens in they did a very poor job as you can see and then they didnt even put the transition lenses or obviously the anti-scratch coding on there that it shouldve had to begin with that I paid for. Dr. Erder told me I needed laser surgery in my eyes because some drainage tubes around my iris were blocked and referred me to the Eye Center of Texas. Met with the doctors at eye center of Texas and they told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes other than the prescription was wrong. Elite Vision Care also put incorrect information in my chart that they sent to Eye Center of Texas. For example put in my chart my eye pressure was 18/18 and they didnt even check my eye pressure at any appointment I have ever had there. For comparison my eye pressure at Eye Center of Texas was 10/12. To top it all off the prescription that I got that is most current theyve had to fix the prescription twice and the latest prescription is so bad I cant even wear the glasses I have to wear my oldperscription glasses until I can get in to a new optometrist because I dont even want to fix my prescription glasses for the third time. Im just over it. Stay VERY far away from this place.

The place was exquisite! Very modern and new age technology. Some of the staff wasn't as warm as I'd have liked, but it matched the Elite business name. Tabitha was an absolute dream, so friendly and helpful.

I have been here before once and had a good experience so decided to try them again. When I called to set the appointment for family they checked coverage and it was good to go, meaning it was covered. Three phone calls later they call me back and say it was a misunderstanding of words and it isnt completely covered. VERY MISLEADING.
