Just started with Jay over a tax problem and so far, so good. Having finished with Jay, I wouldn't rate him very high. He promises much more than he delivers. And, his taking additional payments from my credit card was very concerning though he did return the money when I caught him. Also, he was very upset with my reluctance to leave feedback before he had even started on my case.

A few year ago, I had a critical tax situation. I found Jay in the internet search and learned that he was an expert in handling this type of tax issues, so I paid him a visit. He walked me through the process on how the tax situation could be handled, but asked me for $15k and refused to answer any further questions I had. He scared me to hell, intimidating about how IRS could haunt me and all and forced me to pay aforementioned fee. He was my first tax consultant I visited for the tax issue, I could not overcome of the fear for next couple of months, fear he gave me that day. I found a far genuine and better tax consultant who handled my case gracefully and successfully. I would not even give Jay a single star and would never recommend anyone to take his services. Beware of this guy!!
