I love this gym! I have gone to a lot of gyms where there are judgmental and rude people, however everyone at Crunch is so friendly and helpful-staff and members. Even when I accidentally joined a fast paced Spanish speaking Zumba class and I was the only one that didnt understand, everyone was so patient and nice. It does get busy during normal peak hours so good luck getting a squat rack then, but most times of the day all of the equipment is open and available. Veryyy few people forget to rerack their weights. Most people are very respectful of other peoples time and space. I havent needed help from the staff often but when I do they are helpful.
My friend called in to cancel the personal training as she encountered a financial situation. The Manager assured her she can email someone in the company to freeze ghe account for 6 months which is great, as she did not want to stop training completely. The company emailed her back, saying they can only freeze for 30 days and need a 14 day notice. She is understandably upset with this information. They require medical or relocation documentation to freeze or cancel. Due to this I am considering canceling my membership as well. This is a shame as the people in the gym have treated us well.
