We do not visit your site or make any measurements ourselves, therefore we are only as good as the information available or provided. If you simply mark the measurements directly onto the plan we will update accordingly free of charge.

Save your money! I contacted Site Plan to have them draft a site plan for my house and the adjacent property to revise some existing landscaping. Ivan was the drafter. I told him that there was 22 feet between the two houses. He drafted the site plan with the properties evenly spaced from each other. I sent it back. The next rendition also had numerous errors. On the East side of the house he was 4 feet off on the property line measurement!! He indicated the house was 14 feet from the property line when I know it's more like 10 feet and a few inches. On the East side of the house he was similarly 2-3 feet off the measurement of the house to where I believe the property line is. He refused to give me a refund. He said make the corrections and he'll redraft the site plan with the adjustments. If I have to measure my own house from where I am guessing the property line is then why do I, or anybody, need Site Plan? What a bunch of crooks.

If we could give zero stars that is what we would do. We purchased their Detailed Site Plan because we need what that option describes. We received a mediocre attempt which didn't include the items which were advertised as included with their top of the line product. It was missing the majority of our landscaping and shrubs, missing pathways/sidewalks, and the measurements of and between structures were inaccurate. When I questions where the sidewalks, deck and patio were, they stuck a sidewalk at the street and a square on the back of the house. (there is no sidewalk at the street in our neighborhood) It is so inaccurate that I can't even submit it to our county for rejections and mysiteplan refuses to resolve unless we measure everything and send them the details. I am not equipped to measure every detail of a half acre, nor should I have to when most everything is visible via Google Earth/satellite imagery. Save yourself time and money and hire a profession.

All I can say is wow! I Send my request in and in less than a few hours I received an email from Jovan. After reviewing the plans, I decided to make a few changes and Voila, It was perfect!
