Overall an okay experience but we probably won't be back or be recommending them. The process working with Morningstar is slow. E-mails take 1-2 business days for even a simple response and really dragged out the timeline. No samples. Digital mocks are obviously not to scale, but we were not super happy with the sizing of the print or even the quality of the print. Could have been avoided with a sample. No Private label services. Doesn't offer hang tags/neck tags/hem tags. No compensation. Missing items from our order with no compensation. Their response - !BEWARE!! If 4% OF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED/MISSING YOU FRONT THAT COST. !!BEWARE!!
