Overpriced. Lost our files more than once so jobs were late and have told clients it was my fault. When presented with proof that they received the file, they admitted they were caught lying. Hours are pretty bad too, and emails routinely bounce. I would suggest dealing with online companies instead. Even with shipping it will be cheaper and probably better quality.

Gave them two jacket to embroider, three weeks later no communication, no attempt to make things right, just called to ask about my items. The answer I got was come and get your things. I was shuffled between workers who made ZERO effort to even explain to me what/why things were like they are. This place sucks
