Came in with eye pain and had a cyst on lower eyelid. Dr. Van Ray told me that he would make an appointment with Dr Chang. Finally got an appointment for April 12. The appointment was then changed to April 22. When I called Dr Chang office to confirm the appt time they told me that Halle called and canceled my appointment. So now I have to wait for Next appointment in July. I have called and left my phone number but they won't return my calls. They won't even give me an eyeglass prescription but they billed my insurance for 2 eye exams. I'm still waiting for a call from Dr Van Ray

Just had an emergency eye appointment. The staff worked with me to get me in as soon as possible. They were courteous, respectful, and understanding (despite the issue being my fault). The doctor explained everything thoroughly. Follow up: They are so busy, that the doctor saw me before open hours so that he could follow up with my condition. I did not expect it. The staff are all so genuine and kind.
