We are sorry that we are unable to exchange your pendant. Our store policy is a 7 day return 30 day exchange of jewelry that has not been worn. Unfortunately after jewelry has been worn, it shows fine scratches, nicks and other wear to the metal that make it impossible to be refurbished to a new condition. We cherish all of our customers and strive to put customer service first.

Asked to exchange a pendant in white gold purchased and marked JC on the back for yellow gold-same pendant told no would have to purchase another in that color of gold. Shown on their webpage also. Poor communication and response time as I tried to explain 3 times that this was an exchange not a new purchase. Other Jewelry stores in Jackson Hole are friendlier and more accomodating to loyal buyers.
Hi Tess, I am so sorry that your ring was not finished on the promised due date. I know how important your ring is to you and can understand your frustration with it being four days late. Many times unique, detailed rings like yours require more work than just a simple sizing and that is why we call with estimates. Currently having my engagement ring sized at this company. My Fiance dropped it off about a month ago and they gave us a "PROMISE date" of October 24th. On October 24th they said it wouldn't be ready until October 28th. Then they call again and say it won't be ready until November 1st. Their "promises" are not kept. And for charging almost $150 to size a ring one size up, they should have it done in two-three weeks TOPS. Or at least notify you before hand that they have lazy employees that forget to include rings in a shipment causing your ring to be a week and a half late. Sorry not sorry
I absolutely love JC Jewelers. It's the cutest little shop, stocked with gorgeous jewelry. I have a wonderful experience every time I visit this store. They have great pieces and add new stuff all the time. Best of all, the staff is incredibly helpful and always super friendly. Can't recommend this store enough.
My husband and I had our wedding rings made here last year and were thrilled with the quality of the rings and the customers service at the time. We incorporated an inlay of elk ivory from my husband's first trophy elk into both our designs. At the time of designing the ring, my husband was informed that over the lifetime of the ring the inlay of ivory may break and need to be replaced, but that it would at most happen once or twice. After wearing my ring for less than a year, the elk ivory broke and feel out of the ring. No significant damage or accident caused this to happen. We took the ring in to have the ivory replaced. At that time, we were informed that this was very common and with normal wear would happen probably once a year for the life of the ring. We were charged for both the labor and the replacement ivory. The repair took close to a month, which is very frustrating if in fact this is going to happen every year. I am very disappointed in this change in tune concerning the durability of the inlay of the elk ivory because we would not have go that route if that was disclosed at the time of design.
