We are sorry that it did not work out for us to do your project. This was not a matter of what is convenient for anyone. There were some things that you wanted done that we do not recommend to our customers. We hope that everything turns out the way you had hoped with the contractor that you chose for the project.

We had them out to our home and they quoted our pool. They really push the pavers for the deck...we did not want pavers. After 2 weeks of going back and forth they just stopped taking my calls and never sent a final quote. A professional would have said we are unable to build this or replied in some way. It seemed they wanted to build the pool that was convenient for them not us. We ended up going with a more custom pool builder
terrible company. we hired them about 6 years ago. We also put our trust in them and had them contracted for the entire job and used them for our pool resurfacing, pool cage and paver installations. The vendors they hired for other two jobs were terrible and didn't stand behind their work. We now have a peeling pool cage at all the seems which after 2 years started and the company wanted to charge us to replace all the metal pieces which it was happening to. Said he changed his vendor for the metal since and only 1 yr warranty. Also, he laid the cage directly on the stone so water cannot drain out! it pools up like a pond...thanks for the great job. Additionally, the paver people he hired and stone he ordered....the stone looked like swiss cheese and we ordered a rather pricey stone ...maybe mid to higher grade. He said his vendor was charging him additional money so he only replaced maybe 1/3 of the stone. The people who layed it did an awful job, it has all moved and is slanted dramatically along the pool cage edge so water pools up there.... The pool resurfacing was pebble tech, about 2 years ago we developed a stain. Per pebble tech's warranty it is taken care of no charge. We contact the person who did it, Indigo, and they are reimbursed for the work. Well he told us - basically screw you - I don't come up to Bradenton any longer. We have now to find someone who does pebble tech to come to a job for free and they will have to get the money from pebble tech. So two years later we are still trying to find someone....very difficult. Also, the spa area in the pool - the bottom is uneven and not flat. There are sinking areas on our stairs where the accent tile is. He doesn't give a sheet about his work. Done and gone and forgotten forever because there's plenty of new money who cares about prior customers!! one last thing....the accent stone I wanted for the steps which I choose from their showroom, when it was chosen they came back and said there was some sort of issue and many of the tiles were damaged. Very sharp. I did stained glass and said I would grind them down because I didn't like any other choices and we at that time had to rush since they were starting...well after grinding probably over half the time...the bill comes and he charge full price for those tile....what nerve! I would forego this pool company. We had even looked at two other jobs he had done in our area that were done beautifully before we hired him so...feel free to come see mine first.

Went into Indigo pools to ask general questions about getting a pool and they pretty much ignored me. They didn't have any other customers. We will find a pool company with better customer service and that cares.
