The response from the owner is a generic reply. I have emailed the owner directly and No response from the owner. I will offer more details and pictures about how the product you actually receive is not the product the company presents once I have finished handling this matter through other business avenues. I wish I had listened to the other negative reviews.

From the very first email inquiry all the way through delivery, our experience with Olde Wood Ltd was top notch! Our sales rep (Alyssa) was helpful, responded quickly every single time, and went above and beyond every step of the way. The wood samples were received extremely fast and represented exactly what we ultimately received. The products are gorgeous! We have antique hickory flooring from Olde Wood and are also getting creme barn siding to complete a bedroom accent wall. The company is very thorough by providing progress updates and each email contains a plethora of helpful information about the products and everything you will need to provide your installer. Its an investment you will not regret!

The showroom looks great and the idea is awesome. What actually arrives is not what you see there. Trying to deal with the business to own and correct issues was a nightmare (milling issues, planer marks, different size beveled edges and more) and the tongue and groove that they (Olde Wood) milled made the floor unlevel and they blamed the floor installer. Unreal! Someone would come out to look at the issues and tell me one thing, and then I'd get a message back from the office that was completely different. Never again will I work with Olde Wood or recommend them to anyone.
