This company unfortunately failed to collect the correct delivery address from what was put into their website. They pulled an old address from Paypal or PayPal provided the wrong address.. I confirmed the correct address on screen... Clearly a technical error! The company didn't actually do anything wrong and shipped to the correct address provided by PayPal, which was an old address, PayPal at fault. PayPal admitted that the wrong information was provided and offered a full refund paid from PayPal, not the seller. However the "manager" at Radio World is very challenged himself, he failed to understand what had happened and capitalised his reply, shouting about collecting the product ourselves from miles away, very unprofessional. I called and the reply was the same, took no time in over talking (shouting) was very arrogant. The company shouts in replies, he acted like teenager on the phone and couldn't care less about their clients. They take no responsibility for service. Customer service is appauling, attitude of a child on the phone. I only called to let them know that PayPal caused the issue and to confirm the address entered into their website during purchase, what a disgusting company. I'll order from someone else :)

Awful seller. DPD delivered my parcel to another property. After basically being accused of lying, seller has refused to resend the items I ordered. Ive been sent a photo of the delivery and a GPS map showing my street. Told to go knock all my neighbours as the parcel will be there! DPD have not rectified the delivery mistake and Im still without the goods I ordered and Im 166 out of pocket. Radioworld do not care one iota when something goes wrong. Awful company run by Directors who dont care. Avoid at all costs.
