Hello Mr. Casler. I would like to reiterate that your assertions are based on your perception but are not real. However, the client is always right and all I can do is to respond to your requests and try to fix the problem. All it took was a phone call that you never made. I honestly do not believe that I ever negated the opportunity to exchange the tuxedo if you wanted to not because we spoke (as I know we did not) but because is our policy with any customer. If we did talk I am sure that I have invited you (like I do now) to come to the store and exchange it if not happy with it. Once more I welcome you to come to the store and open the package when it arrives from our warehouses. Perhaps in this way you will be able to trust. Our goal at Clothing from Italy is to make our clients happy. Even if I honestly do not feel in the wrong we want to keep inviting you to come and make you happy. As you know however merchandise that have been used and altered cannot be returned. I am sure that is not your case but there are people around that unfortunately purchase merchandise and try to find any possible excuse to return it after use so that they do not have to pay. We would have certainly exchanged the tuxedo if you requested as it is in our policy but still per our policy will not return money after we have altered it for you and you have used it. When we deliver suits we always ask our clients to try them on and I am sure that we did the same with you. So why is there a complaint after??? Still I really hope to be able to make you happy and to resolve this problem in the best way. Lastly, I honestly ask that you refrain to utilize words that are indeed demining. One final note I went back on our data base as we keep records of our clients to see if you ever came to our store. Your name did not come up on our dbase at first. A further research showed that the name that you gave to us at the moment of purchase differs from your credit card name. I do not know who made the mistake but we still apologize. However, further research shows that per your request we sent you a copy of our proof of purchase. I hope that my responses are clear and that satisfy your inquiries. I await for your phone call. EDITED AFTER REPLY - Based on your lack of organization I would not be surprised if you actually lost me in your database. Based on of your lack of ethics I would not be surprised if this is your attempt to invalidate my review. I have posted my credit card statement below to provide validity that will hopefully keep others from making the same mistake that I did putting my trust in you guys. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Do whatever you can to do business elsewhere. Guiliano tried to pass off a suit that was clearly rented previously (even had a used chapstick in the pocket) as new. When I called him out on it he got extremely flustered but refused to admit fault. Due to my persistence he finally agreed to get me a new suit (2 days before the wedding I was attending). I had to rush to get the suit tailored and Guiliano refused to reimburse even a fraction of the costs. Take your money to someone that is more organized, professional, and that actually cares about their customer.
Had to get re-tailored somewhere else where they actually cared... spent well over $3K and suit was presented extremely wrinkled, badly tailored (after two visits) and just the overall expression of complete indifference.
Giuliano kindly helped me out of a tight spot. I rented a tux from an online service and the jacket did not fit. Luckily, Giuliano was able to help me on short notice. On top of being kind and personable, Giuliano knows his fashion and will have you looking (and feeling) incredible for your event!
Well priced, fantastic service. Owner is very accommodating and was willing to make things right after a rental was missing some suspender buttons. I came back and bought my tuxedo from here and from purchase to alterations everything was very quick and easy.
