They were able to get me in and out as a walk in for an oil change in a very quick amount of time, but neglected to clean any of the residual oil left on the oil pan, filter, and the massive amount that accumulated in my skid plate leaving a huge stain in my driveway. The maintence light wasnt reset and the code i asked them to clear wasnt. Quick service because the bare minimum was done

Zero stars. I went to Graham for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was about to buy (and did subsequently buy). That inspection was useless, particularly because there was no mention of a major problem which they absolutely could have and should have noticed. Major. My sense is that they just kind of blew it off, that will be $60. Really terrible. Posting this review only because they sent a thing asking me to "take 30 seconds" to leave a review.

Theyre very good at making for car run for the time being. Just after I turned my car over to them for a few repairs I got the car back with the same problems that I turned it in for. I paid for them to fix the issue and they resolved it, now its still not running like they said it would. Im giving 3 stars because theyre professional, but Im taking 2 off for not doing the job I enlisted them to do.
