So several months ago I bought an RAC electric compressor pump from this establishment. Cost 17.50. Flat tyre so needed it today. No joy, it didn't work. Luckily a kind soul had a foot pump (joy of joys in the sunshine). As I was in the area of the shop this evening I though I'd just ask for a swap (no drama's not their fault, probably a production issue). How wrong I was!!!!! "You got a reciept?" No, but your price ticket in on the outside of the box Ok let me ask the manager. Fair enough. The manager then starts stripping the wiring in the back & then comes out, strips it more & says it's broken, burned out & missing a spring! Ok, this is the first time I've tried to use it & it didn't work. I then get, I understand what you are saying but..... Obvious they did not want to help sort the issue & rather than argue for 17.50 (after it was implied I was a liar) I left the pump on the counter never to return to this shop again! Avoid this shop at all costs, if you have to use it test anything you buy straight away & don't expect good customer service if you have an issue.

Sold me the wrong size bulb three times, then when one did fit it didn't work , they then refused a refund as I'd tried to fit it. Out if pocket and still need to get a bulb
