After spending thousands of dollars for replacing the house roof, my roof started leaking within 3 years of the workmanship of bachmans roofing They have very cheap work with unprofessional behavior. This Bachman roofing company denied to honour the warranty/contract provided in the document which was given to us after completing the roof work. I called again last week to bachman roofing company to address the roof leaking issue. The manager told they dont want to come and fix and denying the warranty provided which is straight forward breach of warranty/contract. Also they are so rude to say we dont honour the warranty do what ever you want. i just say every customer to be careful of this roofing company. After i received reply from bachmann roofing marketing group, i emailed they marketing group for resolving the cheap work done for my roofing (just 1 year new roof replacement and trying to contact them from last 8 months) and leading to leaking onto my ceiling. Its more than 3 months after email to marketing group as requested by them to contact them and i did not get any reply from this roofing company after having warranty. This is bad work and i will not refer them to anybody. Hi All, don't go with the this roofing company, we did new roofing to our house with this company . And within 1 year roof started leaking, after a rainfall damaging the ceiling due to rain water. And when i spoke to them about warranty they rudely spoke and told we send people home to fix but nobody was available. And they denied to fix my roof, after We spent so much money doing new roof and warranty.

Big props to Joshua who is an Estimator and Inspector for Bachman's. I had been told that I was missing a few shingles on my roof. Scheduled an appointment with Bachman's to get a quote for repair and Joshua shows up. He asked a few basic questions and said that from the street the roof looks pretty good - when I mentioned that I had some replacement shingles - he offered to replace the few that might be missing on the spot. He went up to the roof - inspected it and told me that the roof was in great shape and that their were just a few shingles where the nails were popping. He nailed them back down - checked the roof a second time and didn't charge me for his time. I will definitely be calling Bachman's when the roof is ready for repair and I hope that they continue to take care of their employees. In addition to the way Joshuas treated me, he spoke very highly of the company and the working environment that they create.
