Waited 2 hrs for my tire to get plugged someone went to lunch and forgot about me service manager didn't seem to care and said it was a courtesy to get my tire fixed even though I paid for the bumper to bumper warranty they made me feel like I should grateful the did that for me

Today we took our Honda Odyssey for a regular maintenance. When my wife was driving back home after the service, she noticed a crack on the top of the windshield which was on the passenger side that was never there before. She called the dealership right away and spoke to a lady who escalated the situation to the maintenance team. After few minutes, a person called her back saying after checking the arrival picture, it was their fault and asked her to come back so that he can check if they need to order any parts. Upon arrival, the technician was sorry and told my wife that they will fix it for us but after a few minutes his boss told him that they will not cover it since she did not notice the crack while she was checking out and the windshield was cracked while she was driving home. We asked the leadership if they can show us pictures or video of our car during checkout to confirm that it was not their fault. They said they dont have that and it was my wifes fault and got that windshield cracked on her way back home. Also, the whole ordeal was very unprofessional and non of the managers even introduce themselves. What an awful experience for being a loyal customer. We even bought that car from them. Today they lost our business and trust forever. We are also making formal complain with Honda.

Jason was very patient and helpful because I had to return to the shop when my "tire" light came on plus needed to get it inspected. Apparently my car would not communicate with your computer and Jason kept me updated throughout.

I don't recommend this dealership, unprofessional. They make you drive one hour, then when you arrive they say they are out of cars even though they confirm it before you start driving there.
