Don't get fooled by the website boasting about lavish amenities. I've been living here for the better part of 2 years and out of those 2 years I've had several week where we didn't have hot water. Live here if you have a bunch of money to spare and you don't have a problem going to work or school without taking a shower.

All the modern amenities and anything else they promote are a facade. I've lived here two years and they continue to prove that they do not care at all unless it improves how much money they make. Not to mention that they offer no help, assistance, or ability to cancel future leases.

Although it is a really expensive place to live, the infrastructure, maintenance, staff, and courtesy officer are all amazing. They are always more than happy to help with residents' any related problems.

They literally never pick up your trash even tho you have to pay for it every month. I hurt my back and I put my stuff outside for trash valet and I know it is not over 25lbs and they picked up everyone elses except mines so now I have to break my back some more and put it in the dumpsters. This place is not worth the time. I
