I'm so sorry that you felt that way Brad. That certainly is never our intention. Your review was discussed with the hostess. We take great pride in training our staff. Please don't judge our entire restaurant based on the inexperienced actions of one of our newest members. If you look at some of our other reviews you will see a lot of compliments of the service and employees at Angie's. In her defense, she is very young and was overwhelmed by the busy night. Her visible reaction was her frustration in the long wait time and not knowing where to seat another big group. It was wrong, she didn't handle it correctly. But as you go out right now please keep in mind that many of the employees at any restaurant are new and often times very young. Everyone has to start somewhere and be taught to be good customer service workers but that does not happen overnight. Please be patient with these kids who have been willing to join the work force and are trying to learn. I sincerely hope that you will try Angie's again and see that we are working very hard to make sure every guest gets excellent service.

Tried to get a table hostess actually sneered and rolled eyes when asked how long wait was. We left.If you want to be treated like garbage go here.

Great place! Good food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Carry a few local craft brews. We've had pizza and spaghetti dishes. All have been good! We're return customers and will be back again. Update: Back again for another enjoyable experience. Had the relleno platter and a local craft brew from Locavore. Both were excellent!
I'm sorry to hear that Kacie. I know service has been a bit lacking lately due to a small staff. We are working on that. Do you have more specific suggestions to help us improve? What did you order that you did not like?

Food is ok but nothing that I'd go back for. Service is ok, I wouldn't eat here again as just about any other restaurant in the area is better food and service wise. Wait time for basics like drinks etc was way too long and even though we asked for kids food first on our order 20+ min. Wasn't super busy either. Unfortunately true years ago still true today. In reply to Angie's owner request no 3 wait staff to 6 tables is more than enough just bad service when you see the wait staff 4 times in a 1hr time it took to turn the table. Frozen ravioli, sauce definitely tastes like tomatoes are canned and not cooked out, no flavor to calzone, carmines sausage is delicious but again it's carmines, I think when I had to start adding salt/pepper to anything and I don't really add salt at home even to the chicken salad it's a bit much. I do get it though since the primary clients are 70+ age group.
