If you can tell me when you were here, I can look to see who took care of you and make sure this never happens again. We don't have a charge for our bags, so am very interested in who informed you differently. They have an amazing selection and some good classes, but as far as customer service... I always felt I was such an inconvience in asking questions or seeking help. I tried really hard and purchased A LOT at every visit, but my last time attending a class and shopping there, I realized you have to be a part of their click or someone they already knew to feel welcomed. Also, if you ask for a bag to put your new purchases in, just forget it. I was told there was a fee, and she didnt know what it was. So instead I dropped $100+ of new fabric in the parking lot dirt while walking to my car. I just teared up and vowed to never be back!

Excellent destination for sewers, particularly quilters! The store is bright and staff has been energetic, enthusiastic & helpful to beginners and experienced alike. A bit more modern than traditional. On trend, projects are available for the crafty in addition to the quilty. Pre covid, I enjoyed a block of the month class that was informative and fun! Recently I dropped by and they were prepared with curbside pickup. I chose to mask up and go inside to select from their high quality thread to complete a quilt. All recent safety measures were taken.
