I'm so sorry we didn't meet your expectations Jeff. We are a commercial printer, though we try to help individual customers such as yourself. Unfortunately, when there is a problem with your file, there is not much we can do to fix it. I do apologize for your frustration, but I'm not exactly sure what we could have done differently.

Couldn't find the file I uploaded on their site, then Couldn't send it to the printer. I had to leave without my printed copies
I have apologized and offered to re-print or refund and customer refused both. I feel like this review is unwarranted as the customer and I resolved the issue. We always strive for perfection, but when we fall short of the mark we are happy to make it right. When the problem is with the quality of the original file there isn't much that we can do to fix it. I am sorry you still feel this way, but I have done everything I know how to do to rectify the problem.

I just picked up my business card order and cannot believe the poor quality. My black business card has white edges and they are cut very sloppily. I understand that mistakes happen so I called the company and asked what their policy was regarding customer satisfaction. Imagine my surprise when I was simply told that if I wasnt satisfied I could just go find another printer. I interacted with Lisa and her customer service was appalling. I will happily take my business elsewhere but wanted to share what a horrible experience I had at this print shop. I try so hard to support local but unfortunately now will have to resort to online ordering for future marketing material.
I have been using these guys for several years and have never been disappointed. They print all of my business forms, business cards and newsletters. They are honestly less expensive than anywhere else, and they always do an amazing job.

I definitely recommend Printing Express if you want something fast and affordable. Everyone was so kind and on board with getting my order done when I needed it. Will be back in the future for sure!
Hi MJ, I don't know what happened, but I apologize. We may not always have time to do a big job on the spot, but we will always be able to get it done for you. We are a busy shop with lots of jobs running at once, so our machines may be busy when you come in. It's always best to submit your job on our website or email it to [email protected], then we can get to your job in a timely manner and let you know when it's ready for you. That way we aren't trying to interrupt other jobs and you don't have to wait. If you want to do your copies yourself, our self serve machine is almost always available. I went in to get quick copies. Was told, We dont have time for that. RUDE! Seriously??? That middle aged woman doesnt know the meaning of customer service!!! Never going back!!!
