I applied to this company a few days ago. Got a message to call Sam to schedule a interview. Called him Tuesday May 31st. I stated I got a message from indeed to give him a call about a interview. He asked him I could come in the next day June 1st at 3 and I replied by saying I would need to do another day because I had some interviews already set up for that day. He stated he wasnt in front of his calendar so he would need to call me back with another day for an interview. (Ive been a stay at home dad for over a year while my wife traveled as shes a RN). Never heard anything back so I messaged again stating that I havent heard back from him. Received a message stating they were looking at other candidates instead. So I let them know everything that was on my mind about not getting a call back after being told he needed to call me back. Sam called me with a extremely unprofessional tone Stating that he was going to spell it out for me and stated that me having multiple interviews lined up was a negative look on my part and that he didnt like my phone etiquette when the only conversation that was had was that day isnt going to work for the interview I would need another day. Then after he said he would call me when he is in front of his calendar we hung up. So not sure how my phone etiquette was bad by one sentence. He stated his object was to not call me after he said he would for a better date because multiple interviews are a bad look. Again Ive been a stay at home dad for a year. Why should I put all my eggs in one basket???

Obviously, this is my interpretation: The gentleman said that we were not to treat the inside the house every quarter scheduled appointment. He then went on to say that we have to treat the exterior so that they don't go INTO the house...which makes sense...but why not continue to do both? I mentioned what we had issues with -- waterbugs & cockroaches...and started to get specific on bugs that Ecoshield does not cover on the quarterly visits. :O He also used the word "toxic" which is probably not the best word as you are an eco-friendly company. The way I understood his meaning was that if we were requesting the inside to be sprayed every quarter...we were over toxifying the house?! :\ Of course, with 4 dogs -- I don't want to harm them as well as myself. Information/communication/relationship with your customers needs work.
