Once I showed proof to the merchant and won the case They tried to be sneaky and come back to get their product. Some customers are selfish and only care about themselves. I never write reviews but I seriously wish I was warned to stay away from this place so if I can help anyone else to avoid the nightmarish experience Ive had with this business atleast it will bring some comfort. The owner is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have come across and I think that says a lot for the business itself. I mean if the owner yells and hangs up on customers imagine what the rest of the employees will do. They dont deliver as promised and their attitude has to be the worst in the industry. I have suffered enough for both of us and hopefully this review will save you from a potential headache. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!
Worst service ever!! I stopped by for an estimate on business cards on October 18, 2013 and was instantly greeted by the staff. Leo realized he could not give me an exact estimate on the type of paper and cards I was looking for. He insisted I write down my email address, name and telephone number, so he could get back to me by end of business Friday. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until Tuesday to follow up on the business cards and could not get in touch with him. Today is Thursday October 24, 2013 and I have not received a phone call or an email. I guess my money must not be green enough for Mr. Print. Will not recommend any to this place.
This place is amazing! I went in and ordered flyers for my business. Marlon did a great job with everything. Everything was on time and the price was right! Marlon showed true customer service and strives to put his customers first. As a local business owner it is so important to have employees like that. Thanks Mr. Print you got my business!!!!!
Worse costumer service ever! James Stinks! He never called back to process order/payment. When I confronted him with proof that he never bother to return my calls (9 to be accurate) he was very rude and disrespectful. The promised job never got done despite several calls with other staff members. Also Ricky promised to have printing job done but failed. I hope they go out of business and if James isnt the owner I hope he gets Fired!
