Patrick, it's very sad that you have such an ax to grind with EVERYONE that you feel the need to post this negativity after you were told you would get a quote quickly and then were texted that we were dealing with an emergency and would get information to you as soon as we could. Very few agencies have the fast turnaround that you still got and most don't work as late as we do to give our clients the great services that we provide. The only reason the information could have been illegible is because of you using your phone to view the information. EVERY client we send the same information to has no problems viewing it. You are the only one out of thousands. Your rude and unprofessional comments over a" "quote" prove who you are and not who we are and is no reflection of the great services that we provide. Your attempt to discredit our business will never work because we are children of the MOST HIGH GOD and HE always turns the very few negatives into a positive. In my opinion, this agency deserves negative stars. I wanted to make a simple one person booking from San Antonio to Frankfurt Germany and was told the quote would be sent within the hour. 6 hours later, at 11:00 p.m, the quote came and was not legible. As you can see from the agency response below, (no apology was issued, only excuses), they are ill-equipped to expedite even basic travel requests!

Dan, just because we had an issue with the law office you work for or promote, it is not ok to give us a bad review when we've never worked for you. I've read all of your reviews on the law office that never returned any of my phone calls for several months. Recommendation: instead of giving false reviews, take that time to get the law office to return calls to potential clients.

My friend &I booked a trip through Twin Travel Connection. If you want to deal with an unprofessional, combative, tasteless, & classless agency then this is the agency for you. We provided the agent ( Ellen) feedback on her level of service which was mediocre at best , which then turned into email wars with this agent not being able to accept constructive criticism regarding an error in which she made! We sent her an email requesting ( multiple ) an itemized breakdown of what our hotels and airfare cost. She even had the audacity to advise its not her job to keep up with our totals. I would NOT recommend this agency to anyone. I do have the emails to prove exactly what Im stating to be factual!
