From the time I ring and reported that a I had a problem with my heating, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. This was a time period when it was 3C outside, which meant if I drove the car, I have to put the booster on full (very loud) to clear the windows. I live in Southport an hour away from you. On the repair day, I got to the garage at 10 o'clock were I was informed that they could hold the car till 5 p.m. With the exception of the nice lady at the door entrance who offered me a coffee, I thought that the repair dept were not informative and I didn't feel like a customer. Got my car back at 4 p.m. with no great explanation, what was wrong and how it was fixed.

No one told me before I left about the nail in my nearside rear tyre l drove home on the motorway I'm disgusted that it could have cost my or other people's lives if it had burst!!

I recently bought a Dacia from Renault Watford. It was a used vehicle so naturally their was very slight damage here and there. The team did not release that vehicle to me until they were happy with it. I was blown away by their attention to detail. They re-sprayed areas which were unsatisfactory to them, the re-gassed the aircon and detailed the car inside and out. Instead of rushing through the work to get the car out, they were honest and told me they would prefer to take the time so its perfect and have me a loan vehicle free of charge and for as long as I needed it and to drive wherever I needed to. We dealt with a pleasant gentleman by the name of Harry who was upfront and honest. Spent his time showing us all the vehicles and working on the best deal for us. I have never experienced service at this standard at any dealership in the last.
