I thought I was buying a usable cane, Not a prop.This cane fell apart in the first 4 hours! The tip fell off, causing damage to the unprotected tip. The latch came unglued and the scabbard fell off hitting the ground leaving me standing there holding a sword. The gap between the two pieces of the latch make it rattle horribly. And customer service did not respond for days! They finally responded because I left a bad review, leaving the response below. Called me and they said they would send my email a link to send a repair receipt so I could get reimbursed, did not happen. I am out time and money bringing a brand new cane from BudK to a usable state. The really got one over on me!
